How long does the diagnostic interview take?

The interview takes 30 minutes and is conducted online. It allows our FDE to confirm the technical details of your current stack and dive deeper into the identified bottleneck.

Where are our data and the developed code hosted?

All code produced by the FDE is hosted directly on your servers or your own cloud tenant (AWS, Azure, GCP). AI production data flows remain strictly isolated within your secure environment. Stigma Technologies does not store your operational data.

Is the preliminary diagnostic and the Blueprint free?

Yes, for qualified Canadian and European businesses, the analysis and delivery of the preliminary FDE Blueprint are fully covered by Stigma Technologies as part of our discovery process.

When does the FDE integration start?

Upon validation of the Blueprint and signing of the development agreement, the FDE begins their onboarding (one-week immersion sprint) within 5 business days.
